Declaration Note for Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki Classes

I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I am joining the Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki classes conducted by Spiritual Root entirely out of my own free will and interest.

I understand and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation:

My participation in Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki Healing sessions is voluntary. I take full responsibility for my health, safety, and well-being during and after the sessions.

Class Management and Changes:

The organizers reserve the right to make changes or reschedule classes as needed. Changes will be communicated, and my continued participation means I accept them.

Payments:

Payments are made willingly and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Health and Safety:

I confirm I am fit to participate and have disclosed relevant medical information.

Consent under UK GDPR:

I understand my personal data will be used only for class-related purposes, stored securely, and processed in compliance with UK GDPR. I have the right to access or delete my data.
